Next year there will be a new mayor. We need to work hard work to get our problems under control and get the attention of the state in supporting Burlington. I think the best candidate to do that is Karen Paul. I have seen her in action with the administration, department heads, unions, constituents, and other city councilors. Karen is effective, gets things done, without needing to call attention to herself. As a CPA Karen has deep knowledge of finance and management, something the city needs.
