The holiday season is just around the corner and the Waterbury Public Library is proud to be hosting Celtic artist Jeff Snow. Jeff has performed in libraries across the country and brings his love of the music of England, Ireland and Scotland through his autoharp, guitars, Celtic Bouzouki, and Irish drum, the Bodhran. Jeff shares the ancient lore of the families that make up the Celtic Isles and the history comes alive. Playing both instrumental and vocal music from peaceful to foot-stomping, this concert is something the whole family will enjoy. Along with Jeff's Celtic music, he will be offering up a mix of holiday tunes, both traditional and perhaps not so familiar. Thursday evening, November 30th at 6 PM, bring the whole family to Jeff Snow's Gathering of Celtic and Christmas in the Steele Room.
