A. VOREC Grant application
i. Discuss feedback from Selectboard Dec 4 meeting. ii. Review and update the budget, proposal, and work plan. Does community engagement make sense?
iii. Discuss coordination with the Volunteers Green and Browns Court Project
Committee also known as the 3 Parks Committee (Jeanne Agner and Committee invited to attend pending) and their process for recommendations to the Selectboard for projects in the three parks.
iv. Discuss plans the Trails committee has with the grant.
v. Next Steps
B. Snowshoe event planning
i. Review timeline and action steps leading up to the events.
ii. What will be specific to each town's event? Ideas were grandparents and grandchildren at Volunteers Green. A nature walks in the Huntington Community Forest. New trailhead in Bolton - with no rep do we pass this year?
C. Administration:
i. Approval of Minutes from previous meeting: 10.3.2023 and 11.7.2023.
ii. Annual report for Town Report. List things to include in the report. Kate volunteered to write it.
iii. Committees to invite to collaborate in 2024 meetings.
D. Next meeting in 2024: Jan off, Feb 6
