Come and join an presentation hosted by Pollinator Pathway of Addison County to learn how to help Vermont's Pollinators. Emily May a conservation entomologist with the Xerces Society and Paul Burns, Executive Director of Vermont Public Interest Research Group (VPIRG) will speak in Middlebury on Tuesday, December 5th at 7 pm. Emily will talk about the importance of reducing pesticide use in our landscape. Paul will introduce VPIRGs initiative "Protect our Pollinators" and suggest ways to take action now and during the upcoming legislative session.
The event will be held in Unity Hall of the Congregation Church of Middlebury. The entrance to the hall and parking are at 30 North Pleasant Street, (route 7) with additional parking on Seymour Street. The featured speakers at this free event are hosted by the Pollinator Pathway of Addison County (PPAC).
