Hello Everyone! We are turning the calendar in just days and the seasonal holidays begin. It's a busy time for you and perhaps more stressful due to arranging visits with friends and family. For someone experiencing dementia, it can be stressful and confusing. If you can find the time to click on this link from our Alzheimer's Association, you may find topics to read or other virtual support links that will provide helpful tools for navigating care of your loved one.

We hope you might find the time to meet with us this Tuesday for our monthly caregivers support group. November is Family Caregivers Month so remember to take time for yourself,
Our meeting will be held at the Goodrich Memorial Library, Vermont Room (2nd floor), from 3:30 to 5:00pm. There is handicap parking in the rear of the building with an elevator for your convenience (push button "3"). Don't rush! Arrive when you can and if you need to leave early, that's certainly understandable.
Please keep the 24-7 Alzheimer's Association Support Line close to your phone. Experts are there to guide you on any situations or challenges you may need solutions to. It's a free service, round the clock where you will reach specialists and master's-level clinicians.
