Central Vermont OLLI and the Shop Around the Corner

The fall series of Central Vermont Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) programs continues Wednesday, November 29, 2023, 1:30 pm, at the Savoy Theater, 26 Main St., Montpelier. Rick Winston introduces the 1940 film, Shop Around the Corner, an Ernest Lubitsch rom-com set in Budapest, with James Stewart and Margaret Sullavan at their best, falling in love as pen pals, then reconciling those letters with an in-person relationship.

You may register for these two remaining film programs to be held at the Savoy Theater for $8 apiece. Registration should be done online ahead of time or by mail to UVM OLLI.
