With Thanksgiving happening today, I am feeling grateful to our Burlington community for it's kindness, compassion and commitment to our city. At a meeting at the Miller Center last weekend an All Hands On Deck member suggested we all meet downtown for the Church Street Tree Lighting ceremony to celebrate, and support our downtown. I'm on board! How about you? You are invited to join me, the Joan For Mayor campaign and her All Hands On Deck movement at the Church Street Tree Lighting. We will meet at the Holiday Market in City Hall Park at 5:00 PM on Friday and then walk up Church St. to see the tree lighting! (Shopping and singing along the way is strongly encouraged). I hope to see you there! Together we can make a difference.
