Sharing for the Mitzvah Fund:
"Hello Central VT!
The Mitzvah Fund is holding its 2nd Annual Dog Coat Drive. We will be giving out coats at the Barre Auditorium on Sunday 11/26 from 2-4. Then again at the Montpelier Guys Farm and Yard on December 3rd from 2-4pm.
We have hung up all our donated coats and have realized we have a huge need!! Medium, Large and Extra Large Dog Coats are at a huge deficiency! If you have any coats that fit this description and could donate them to us we will happily take them clean or dirty or in any way that we can rehome with a Central Vermont animal in need. We will take care of washing and getting ready for our big event!
Please drop off any available coats to Guys Farm and Yard in Montpelier, CVHS in Barre, Splash in Montpelier, and Morse Deli or Pearl Street Pizza in Barre. We will gather and rehome them to the animals in need in central VT.
The Mitzvah Fund is a Central VT based 501 C3 that provides veterinary surgery, dentistry and routine vaccines to the companion animals of Central Vermont. Please check out our cause at themitzvahfundvt.org. Feel free to apply or make a donation. We are also actively helping our local food shelf so please feel free to leave bags and cans of food at any of these locations and we will pick up and rehome immediately.
