Supporting friends and family who have cancer, or being supported while undergoing your own treatments can be a huge load to bear. The Cancer Patient Support Program(CPS) is here to help by providing psycho/social and nutritional counseling, as well as an emergency fund for financial concerns, to cancer patients and their families throughout VT and upstate NY. CPS depends on the generosity of the community to fund programs that are aligned with our mission to provide hope when facing a cancer diagnosis.
