DP 24-08 Pre-App Jim and Lucy McCullough request pre-application review of a proposed residential subdivision on an existing ±10.48-acre to create 39 new dwelling units at 88 Mountain View Road in the Residential Zoning District (RZD). The application includes two (2) concept layouts.
