7:20 p.m. Minutes: Review/Approve the minutes from the regular meeting of November 9, 2023.

7:30 p.m. Member items, correspondence, announcements, schedule, the next Selectboard meeting is scheduled for December 7, 2023 in place of the regularly scheduled meeting of December 14, 2023.

7:40 p.m. Executive Session: 1 V.S.A. Section 313(a)(3) The appointment or employment or evaluation of a public officer or employee. (tentative)

8:15 p.m. Adjourn Selectboard meeting (tentative)
