The Town of Essex Planning & Zoning Department previously scheduled an informal gathering at the Village Farmer's Market to discuss the Draft 2016 Town Plan and its new format. We had a good turn out! We have scheduled a second informal event on Tuesday, September 16th @ 6:00 p.m., at the Essex Free Library, and are again looking for public input from all residents, including the town and the village. We welcome your attendance! Refreshments will be served.
