What are these welcome classes about?
These four welcome classes will give you an opportunity to experience the space at The Phoenix and get comfortable with the flow of our 60 minute class. I also want to see what days and times fit best with your schedule, so with these welcome classes I've chosen a variety of times that work for me in the interest of finding out what works best for you! We'll start weekly classes once we've heard feedback from everyone.
