On Monday, November 20 at 7:00 p.m. the E. Mont. and Calais Historical Societies, along with the Unitarian Church of Montpelier, 130 Main St., will present Linda Radtke and accompanist sharing "Songs of the Suffragettes." Linda will be in period costume and will share stories and music from the early 1900's to tell of the challenges met by thousands of women crusading for the right to vote in the USA. The meeting is free, open to the public and easily accessible from the School Street entrance. A goodwill donation will be accepted. Refreshments will be served.
