Richmond residents are invited to join a meeting with Stephanie Smith, State Hazard Mitigation Officer with Vermont Emergency Management, and colleagues to gather information about the state elevation and mitigation programs. This is a hybrid meeting with the in-person option taking place in the select board meeting space on the 3rd floor of the Richmond Town Center. The meeting will begin at 8AM with information sharing and time for Q&A and will transition to outdoor site visits in the village and Volunteer's Green.
