On Sunday November, 19th from 4-6 pm, we will be hosting Restorative Sound Journey with Nancy & Jeremy. This will be their 6th time at Mountain Rose. They travel from Michigan with their cat Milo twice a year to offer this amazing restorative yoga practice taught by Nancy while Jeremy plays the didgeridoos and handpan. Nancy joins in with hongs, crystal bowls, chimes and more. The fusion of sound, stillness, and breath will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. The vibrational experience will leave you feeling refreshed and reset your whole body.
Discover the bliss of surrender as Nancy guides your journey through nurturing restorative shapes supported by blankets, bolsters and blocks. The evening will culminate with a long and inviting savasana as you allow yourself to be carried away by a deep, multi-instrumental experience.
