SATURDAYS:
3-4pm beginner lesson
4-5pm int+ lesson
5-7:30 guided practice plus a buffet dinner!
$15/separately or $25/both +$5 includes dinner

SUNDAYS:
2-4pm workshop rotating themes & biomechanics of movement
4-5pm guided practice
$15/separately or $25/both

Alicia is also available for private coaching and lessons, and online classes weekly!
