Turn your lunch hour into a wellness break. Challenge and relax the body. Through breathwork, relaxation, and movement we'll intentionally stress and calm the body to assist with the nervous system being reset. This class is intended to better develop the ability to relax after more stimulating events and activities.
Four Thursdays (11/14, 11/28, 12/5, and 12/12) - join for all 4 or for just one. Classes will be recorded so you can watch at anytime.
