Sumerians revered the power of experience, skills and knowledge in their citizens, including the older population. While learning about Sumerian culture, Nona drew parallels between modern human ecology and the Sumerian cultural mores. She will explore what skills older adults possess but may not find usable in their community. We'll discover how those skills can be used, especially after this year's flood in Montpelier. This is an interactive presentation that will take place after the congregate lunch on November 16th. All are welcome to join in the discussion!
