Do you need support with flood recovery? That can include:
- better understanding what sources of financial support are out there
- referrals to services for legal aid, mental health support, replacement of belongings
- navigation of programs like FEMA, SBA, and Efficiency Vermont
- a listening ear to help you figure out next steps in your recovery
Barre Up is a new nonprofit to support flood recovery in Barre City. You can learn more at www.barreup.org.
You can reach out to us directly or visit our drop in hours on Wednesdays & Thursdays from 6-8 pm. The Flood Recovery Hub is at 6 North Main Street, to the immediate right of City Hall. Volunteers with Barre Up will be there to work with you directly.
This coming Wednesday, November 8, we'll also have a FEMA staffer there - so if you'd like to discuss your FEMA application or process directly with the agency, come down.
