For thirty years The Bridge has been a lively independent, nonpartisan, and local source of news for Central Vermont. And now on Friday, November 17 The Bridge will be celebrating with a fun evening of tasty food, drinks, and music, along with an extensive silent auction and a lively panel discussion at the Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier.
Please join some of Vermont's most experienced journalists — Sky Barsch, CEO of VTDigger and Erica Heilman from Vermont Public, in conversation with Kevin Ellis, host of Vermont Viewpoint on WDEV — for a timely exploration of the importance of preserving democracy through local journalism.
Tickets for this event will count toward an Institute for Nonprofit News one-to-one match. So now is a great time to show your support. The funds raised will help continue The Bridge's commitment to excellent community journalism now and into the future.
