The Salisbury Conservation Commission invites you to join a Tree ID walk around the Pitch Pine Trail on Plains Road in Salisbury, from 9 AM to 12 noon on Sunday, November 12 (rain date the following Sunday, Nov, 19th). Jim Andrews will lead the walk with the goal of identifying over 20 tree species by bark, buds, twigs, and when necessary downed leaves. If we get some snow before then, we will look at mammal tracks as well. The walk is limited to the first 15 people who register.
