Join us for this much anticipated cheese making class, taught by long time cheese maker Melissa Tabor. Specializing in the art of traditional cheese making, Melissa will be going over how to make mozzarella, fromage blanc, ricotta or farmers cheese, as well as making butter and using buttermilk to make sour cream. Bring all of your cheese making questions and join us for this interactive class that will equip you to make fine cheese in your own kitchen.
