MALT is teaming up with the folks at Otter Creek Audubon Society to prepare Hurd Grassland for migratory birds but we need YOUR help!
On Sunday the 12th, we are sending out a call for volunteers to join us in removing encroaching vegetation in Hurd Grassland. This event will be from one to three in the afternoon and requires the use of handsaws, which will be supplied by MALT.
Furthermore, we are also looking for volunteers with chainsaw experience and whom are able to bring their personal chainsaws to the event.
Once again, the event is on Sunday the 12th from one to three pm. We will be sending out a reminder email with more details about the event in the coming week.
