The Town of Milton in partnership with the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission and Dubois & King invites you to the Milton Downtown Core Visioning Workshop, Saturday, November 4th at 9:00am. This event will be held at the Milton Municipal Building - Community Room, 43 Bombardier Road.

A design workshop is an opportunity to bring together "what we've learned and what we've heard" during the existing conditions and document analysis, at the community outreach, and from any public survey. This workshop will harness community energy to develop ideas for street designs, architectural forms and standards, building types and locations, and gathering spaces.

Milton would like your help developing a Downtown Core Master Plan. The plan will illustrate an exciting and compelling community vision for the Core and provide strategic insights on how to turn the vision into a community-wide reality. This process is targeted towards implementation, not just another study! It will look at the design of buildings, evaluate possibilities on private land, and illustrate potential build-out through graphics and drawings.
