We are beyond grateful, proud and excited to bring this moving film for a one time FREE screening to take place this upcoming SUNDAY, 11/05 at 2:30 at the SAVOY THEATRE in Montpelier. Seats are limited and it is first come, first served- so early arrival is encouraged. There will be a brief 30 minute Q and A to follow, where we are very fortunate to be joined by the films co-producer Jesse Short Bull- a member of the Lakota Nation, and impact producer, Amber Morning Star Byars (Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma). They are flying in from South Dakota and New Mexico, respectively and want to give them a very warm Vermont welcome.
Please consider attending this event, and pass along to anyone you think may also have an interest. Beyond appealing to adult audiences, this would be a great opportunity for middle/high school students to attend a film that could offer an opportunity for a project or paper or could spark an interest in indigenous rights/activism.
Feel free to reach out with any questions.
