GunSense VT is holding candlelight vigils around the State in support of the people of Lewiston, Maine, banning assault weapons, and passing common sense legislation to save innocent lives.
The chilling proximity of the tragedy in Maine shatters any illusion of safety we might have previously felt here in Vermont. It is a harrowing reminder that no community is immune to this sort of heartache.
