1. Introductions, Announcements, Updates and Public Comments (10 min)

2. Follow-up to Parks Department Discussion - Greenway Issues (40 min)
Last month we heard from Parks Department staff on walk bike issues related to parks and the Greenway (See 10-4-23 Meeting Notes). Parks invited BWBC to follow-up with data and recommendations on two Greenway issues that generated particular interest: improving the safety of the vehicle crossing points, and the Parks Department policy/practice on closing the Greenway during events on the lawn at Waterfront Park.

Jason Stuffle will guide the discussion on improving the vehicle crossings by presenting initial recommendations based on his recently conducted inventory and analysis.

3. BWBC Work Plan - Reflect and Plan Ahead (40 min)
As we approach the end of 2023, we'll take time to reflect back on what we did and didn't accomplish and begin discussion on what's important and feasible for BWBC to focus on for 2024. We will use the 2023 Work Plan (draft) as a starting point for discussion, aiming to prepare a new work plan by the end of the year.
