Please help spread the word to residents who live on College Street: The City will be closing College Street from East State Street to Main Street from 4 pm to 9 pm Halloween night for the safety of the 1,000 plus kids and adults who will be out walking. Residents will not be able to go in and out of their driveways during that time.
