Thursday, November 2 is the Featured Artist Reception at the Artist In Residence Gallery in St. Albans, 10 S. Main, from 4:30 to 6:30. Please join us and meet the artists while enjoying light refreshments.

This months artists are:

Donna Blatchly
Donna uses an array of stunning colors, very special touches and artistic skills in her hand knit hats, scarves and wraps. Her knitted gnomes and felted bowl are her most noted items.
In July 2016 Donna introduced Pebble Art to her artistry. By maintaining simplicity Donna creates powerful imagery that has a different impact on each individual viewer.
Donna is one of November's featured artists at the Artist In Residence Gallery in St. Albans, Vermont.

Janice DeCooman
Janice creates fiber art using angora from her French and Satin angora rabbits. She creates luxurious wearable art with hand-spun yarn in natural colors or blends, and sometimes uses indigo that grows in her garden. Each unique piece is knit, crochet, felted or woven with a variety of fibers, inspired by nature's magic; angora, soft wools, silk and mohair, adding sparkling fibers and delightful textures.
Janice is one of November's featured artists at the Artist In Residence Gallery in St. Albans, Vermont.

Shanna Ratner
Shanna displays her original acrylic and watercolor paintings as well as original block prints that are individually carved, inked, pulled, and sometimes painted. Block print appliques that can be easily ironed onto shirts, pillowcases and more are available. Shanna also produces tile mosaic trivets and paper earrings, both made from recycled materials. Each mosaic and set of earrings is unique and has its own natural variations.
Shanna is one of November's featured artists at the Artist In Residence Gallery in St. Albans, Vermont.

Deborah Shell
Clay has been a medium in which I am completely at home. Inspired by clay's capacity to produce textures, shapes and utility, my work is a combination of all three. The capacity for clay to convey emotion pleases me, especially when considering the opportunity to create a piece such as mug or a teapot that will brighten someone's day.
