The Neighborhood Code aims to enable more neighborhood-scale housing choices citywide, using new zoning standards that would guide how new buildings fit alongside existing ones in residential areas. The focus of the code is to allow housing types like duplex and four-unit buildings citywide, as well as townhouse and small multi-unit buildings in some locations.
