The Essex Community Historical Society will open the Harriet Farnsworth Powell Historical Museum (white building next to Essex Center Library) on Saturday, November 4, 9 am - 3 pm. 2024 "People who Shaped the Essex Community" calendars and historic slate tiles from the Fort Ethan Allen Water Tower roof painted by local artists will be on sale. Museum exhibits will also be open.
