We have recently established an educational trail at the Vermont PEACE Center! The one-mile loop passes through our organic hay meadow, a wetland and forested area, as well as our shetland sheep pasture and community garden. Cambridge Connections' students will be the first group of students to experience the educational trails later this fall.

We will be hosting 1 mile fun run/walk and 5k race as a fundraiser and promotion event for these trails on September 28th. The 1 mile fun run/walk begins 9am and the 5k race kicks off at 10am. Registration starts at 8:00 am: $30 gets you into the race plus a sweet PEACE Center 5k T-shirt. Stick around after the race for the raffle! There will be prizes from Red House gear shop, The Mix Cafe, Height of Land Publications and several other local businesses. Everyone is welcome to join the fun and see what the Vermont PEACE Center has been up to!
