Join local author Tamara Ellis Smith at Richmond Community Kitchen on Saturday, October 28th from 2-4pm for the introduction of her latest book, Grief Is An Elephant. Illustrated by Nancy Whitesides, this beautifully-crafted picture book for all ages is an empathetic and comforting story for anyone who has, is, or will experience grief.

On Saturday, Tam will read her book, answer questions, and welcome guests of all ages to join in interactive activities that honor our experiences with loss.
