Restorative Yin Yoga & Group Sound Meditation
A beautiful new collaboration with yoga, sound, intuitive guidance and energy. Saturday November 18th, two offerings this day. 10:00am-12:00pm or 3:00pm-5:00pm. $60 a person, please bring a journal and writing utensil. Tea served after each session. Sign up & pre payment required.
