The Barton Public Library is bustling with new activities for children and teens. There have been storytime groups for the youngest ages, book clubs for older children and teens, and a variety of special events geared toward literacy, new friendships, great conversation, and creativity.
Our next session meets Wednesday October 25th from 4:00-5:00 PM. It is a fun and interactive group for teenagers who have a love for knitting or who would like to learn to knit. It is free to attend and yarn and knitting needles will be provided at no charge. Refreshments will be served. This teen group will meet the last Wednesday of every month at the library from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
To sign up for the Teen Knitting Group, please call (802) 525-6524 or email BartonKidsRead@gmail.com. For a complete listing of all library activities, please visit the Barton Public Library Facebook page.
