Mad River Valley Community and the American Red Cross are hosting an upcoming blood drive.

Please note! Due to a staffing issue, it became necessary to move the date and location of the upcoming blood drive. The drive that was scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28th has now been rescheduled to Wednesday, Oct 25th at the Masonic Lodge in Waitsfield. Those who have already signed up to donate should have received an email regarding the change.

There are still several time slots available to sign up as a blood donor!

The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.
