Shelburne's Climate & Energy Committee is seeking volunteers for a WindowDressers (WD) build!

November 2nd –6th

WindowDressers is a nonprofit that brings volunteers together to build insulating window inserts for a participating town's residents.The households that receive inserts are expected to participate in the Community Build where the inserts are made. However, we also need members of the community to contribute to the effort as well!

What to expect as a volunteer: • Shifts are 4 hours long, and volunteers typically learn one or two simple steps in the insert-building process. You will be trained at the beginning of your shift on how to do your task. Volunteering for multiple shifts is encouraged! Lunch is provided to all Participants.

• Not interested in building inserts? Volunteer to bring a lunch dish that serves 8 people on one or more of the days!
