Calling on all those interested in Friday Food Affair.

Come help us get this great community meal going again. We are meeting Wednesday, November 8th at 6:00pm at the Richmond Congregational Church Fellowship Hall.

Held Friday evenings for many years, it was a great way to cap off the week (or start the weekend). Its mission is two-fold: An opportunity for us to gather as a community and also to provide a delicious and nutritious meal for any and all. We've had pizza nights, Gerry's famous stuffed potato bar, fun theme meals, homemade crock pot soup extravaganzas; the list goes on.

Well, then came the Pandemic. Ugh. Years of not being able to safely gather together. Friday Food Affair was just one of the many wonderful things we had to shelve for a while.

We're now exploring bringing it back. Please come, share ideas and be part of an awesome group that puts it on. We'll meet, brainstorm and see what we come up with. This wonderful welcoming meal is all done by volunteers , and is only sustainable with many hands helping out. Let's bring it back!
