Blue Mountain Grange #263 will be hosting a Halloween party at the Grange Hall, 96 Witherspoon Rd., Ryegate, VT. There will be games, treats, an audience participation story, and light refreshments. This gathering is designed for younger children--so, pumpkins and black cats rather than blood and ghouls!
