Are you ready to earn your BA Degree (aka your Better than Average dance degree!) in Contra & Traditional Square Dance? With a variety of classes for a range of skill levels, this class can get you started on a new hobby or help you pick up where you left off with previous instruction. No experience necessary to get started.
With this class, you'll be ready to participate in live-music dances that can be found around most college areas and major cities, three of which are in the Burlington/Montpelier area. You will be able to dance with confidance and secure in your knowledge base.
Historical terms used. Moderate to high aerobic exercise. You will need to be able to walk for over 10 minutes at a brisk pace in order to participate. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear (layers recommended).
