noon-2pm - Exhibits come to life Stop in to the Saint Albans Museum to snag a candy treat from one of the historical characters who live in the museum
noon-3pm - Nightmare at City hall spooky animatronics with new features and scares including support from the Girl Scouts sponsored by Conner communications and the Saint Albans downtown board.
