Meeting is open to the public if they RSVP (or pay $20/person at the door for the catered BBQ)
ANYONE can attend and participate but EVERYONE needs to RSVP

Only Delegates from Newly organized or reorganized towns can vote.

• Preliminaries begin at 11:00 AM (see attached agenda).
• Around 11:30 we'll have a catered BBQ lunch (Squeels on Wheels).
• The bi-annual reorganizational business meeting will follow after lunch time.
• Election officers, delegates and conduct other business.

We'll also cover the following topics.

• 2024 election calendar
• Candidate recruitment and county support for them
• County training opportunities
