This Friday night, October 20th, I (Eric Small), will be a guest chef at The Whammy Bar. The menu will be from my Hungarian heritage: Chicken paprikash, mushroom paprikash, spaetzle (mini dumplings), green beans, and Hungarian wedding cookies. The paprika peppers were grown, dried, and ground right here in Maple Corner. Dinner will be available from 5:30 - 9 PM for eat-in or take out.
