I would like to invite you all to our fundraiser this year at the Shelburne Vineyard. We promise delicious food from Folino's, a cash bar featuring your favorite Shelburne Vineyard wines , a giving board and heart warming stories.

With every sip, you will be supporting the Vermont Donor Milk Center's mission to provide essential nourishment to newborns in need. While most Vermont families decide to breastfeed, give their infants breastmilk, many also struggle in the first weeks and months to provide all that their babies need, especially when infants are born premature or are in the NICU.

The VDMC has provided financial aid to about 50% of the families who need this milk and we would like to continue making sure that we can provide this. Since insurance does not currently cover breastmilk, we rely on donations and grants to make this happen.

I hope you will join us and have fun while giving. Babies in arms are welcome.
