This isn't your typical yoga flow class! Expect a funky and fun yoga flow set to your fav 80/90s jams. Be sure to add in a few of your favorite tunes in this survey and you may just hear them in the playlist!
Not required, but feel free to dress up in your best 80s workout garb, it is so close to Halloween after all! Just be sure you are comfy and can move to the music!
