The Town of Charlotte's Employee Compensation Plan Working Group will hold its first meeting:

The public is welcome to attend.

We will begin discussion on possible changes to the compensation and benefits provided to Town of Charlotte employees. Our initial focus will be on health insurance benefits for the 2024 calendar year. We have been tasked by the Selectboard with finding $20,000 in savings for FY 2024 (ends June 30, 2024).
