The VT Bluegrass Pioneers, a quartet formed around 8 yrs ago consisting of Banjo Dan Lindner (founder of Banjo Dan & the Mid-Nite Plowboys, one of VT's premier bluegrass bands with a 40 yr run from 1972-2012) on banjo/guitar and vocals; Danny Coane (of Starline Rhythm Boys fame for 24 yrs) on guitar/banjo and vocals; Willy Lindner (also a founding member of Banjo Dan & the Mid-Nite Plowboys) on mandolin and vocals and Sam Blagden (a member of the Mid-Nite Plowboys for a number of years in the 1970's) on bass/vocals, will make a personal appearance at Ladder One Grill, North Main St., Barre tomorrow (Thurs Oct 12) evening from 6 - 8:30pm. Come and enjoy some fine food and drink while listening to real-deal, old-school bluegrass music.
