Just a reminder that the opening reception for the Plainfield Historical Society's "Plainfield Remembered" show is this Friday evening, September 5th, from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the Blinking Light Gallery. Be among the first to see this fascinating collection of photos, historical objects, memorabilia, and other relics from Plainfield's past. Free admission, and refreshments will be served. Plainfield Historial Society publications will be available for purchase.

If you can't make it to the opening reception, the show will remain up through October 1st (Plainfield Fall Foliage Day). The Gallery's hours are 2-6 P.M. Thursdays, and 10 A.M.-6 P.M. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. There will be special additional hours on Fall Foliage Day; times will be announced later in the month.
