This exhibit was curated by three art students at North Country Union High School and was slated to open on March 18th, 2020 at Diana Mara Henry's Red Wall Gallery which was located on Main Street. Because the schools shut down that day, for three weeks to slow the curve, the opening they had planned was canceled and the exhibit was hardly seen. We are very happy to be showing it now at the Montgomery Café, at Newport Natural Foods, in 2023. The exhibit runs through October. It may be seen online with an explanation at http://www.dianamarahenry.com/AsYetUnseenPhotography.htm
The color prints of people and scenes from around the US and the world were exquisitely made by Don Whipple and are for sale. Women on the Move, the book with 250 of her photographs narrated by Diana Mara Henry, is available. Please see the original press release for the exhibit on the bulletin board over the sharing bookshelf for the names of the talented students and teacher who originally created this "As Yet Unseen" collection. The artist is very grateful for the gift of their talents in selecting the images presented.
Take the artist to lunch or coffee! She will be happy to join you or your group for refreshments at the Café and to talk about her work. Her availability may be immediate or scheduled at your convenience. Please call 802-334-7054 or email dhenry188@gmail.com. Thank you!
